Not satisfied with your recent purchase? Please contact our customer support so we can find the best solution and help resolve the issue.
Received the wrong or defective item?
We are deeply sorry to hear that you received an incorrect or defective item. To help us resolve this issue, please send a message to service@soulsbelief.com with the following information:
- Your name
- Your order number or the email address used to place the order
- Photos of the incorrect/defective item
We will provide an appropriate solution as soon as possible.
Note: We do not offer exchanges or returns unless we sent the wrong size/defective item. For other issues like sewing or printing problems, we will handle them accordingly. Please contact us first, and we will guide you through the necessary steps.
Exchanges or Refunds
Your satisfaction is our top priority.
If you encounter any of the following issues, we will process an exchange at no extra cost to you:
- Received the wrong item
- Received a damaged product (broken)
We do not provide refunds in the following cases:
- Your order was not delivered due to factors under your control (e.g., providing an incorrect delivery address, not being home to receive the package, failing to pick up the package as required)
- Your order was not delivered due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g., your order did not pass customs in your country/region, delays due to natural disasters, marked as delivered in the tracking system, sent to your mailbox but lost)
- The product has been washed, worn, or used
Submit your request within 30 days of receiving the package. You can do this by emailing service@soulsbelief.com.
If your request is approved, the refund will be credited to your account or original payment method within 7 business days.
Order Cancellation
If you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, we will issue a full refund. If you decide to cancel your order, please contact us at service@soulsbelief.com. For orders canceled after 24 hours but before shipping, a 20% cancellation fee will apply. If the order has already been shipped, we will not accept cancellation requests.
